In our business, we comply with applicable legislative and ethical standards. We are aware of our role in society and our responsibility towards customers, business partners, and employees. That is why we have created a code of ethics based on the principles of personal responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and respect for other people and the environment. We enforce it in all our activities and require compliance with the principles set out therein. We consider respect for legal and ethical standards to be a key prerequisite for any cooperation, including with our business partners.

We recognize our responsibility to society and the environment
The combination of social responsibility and environmental protection is an important factor in the sustainable growth of the company. We therefore strive to maintain good relations not only with our employees and business partners, but also with the public and local communities. We strive to prevent the negative impacts of our activities on the environment in our region.
We comply with all legal requirements in the field of environmental protection. We are constantly reducing the negative impact of our activities on the environment in which we operate. We implement a waste management system that prioritizes recycling, energy management, and the use of renewable resources.
Teamwork is the foundation of our success
We value our employees, respect human rights, and reject all forms of discrimination, violence, or racism. We do not tolerate illegal or forced labor, even among our business partners. We condemn the exploitation of child labor and only employ people who meet the conditions set by law.
Labor relations with employees are governed by laws that we honor and comply with. These relations also include employment contracts and agreements, working hours and rest periods, overtime policy, remuneration, bonuses and deductions from wages, and termination of employment.
We are responsible not only for the timely and proper remuneration of our employees for their work, but also for their protection and safety, which are an integral part of all our activities. We familiarize our employees with safe working practices as well as risks and their management. We provide them with personal protective equipment and protective beverages. We emphasize strict adherence to safe work practices and strive to prevent potential accidents in the workplace.
We promote teamwork, which is why we communicate openly and regularly with our employees through meetings and other means of communication. We assess the satisfaction of our employees, address their suggestions, and provide them with regular feedback as part of their performance reviews. We also allow employees to report harmful phenomena and report illegal activities (whistleblowing).
We do not accept bribes and do not participate in any illegal transactions.
We treat our competitors with respect and recognition. We comply with competition rules and condemn all forms of corruption. We are transparent and promote an ethical business culture.
We honor an honest approach to our business partners and ensure that we fulfill our obligations to them in a timely manner. We select our suppliers in such a way as to maintain the quality of our services and products. We evaluate suppliers by means of questionnaires, and our commercial contracts include a Supplier Code of Ethics, which suppliers undertake to comply with by signing the contract.
We maintain and protect our company's assets and copyrights, and we do not misuse company assets for personal gain. We respect intellectual property, maintain confidentiality regarding trade secrets and confidential information, and act in accordance with legal regulations and concluded contracts.
